What is the cancellation policy?

All sales are final. Since our products are made to order, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges or changes to order. 

What is the current processing time?

Our current processing time is approx. 1 week. 

When will the order to be shipped out?

All items will shipped out within 14 business days. Please be mindful that business days M-F from 9A-5PM, exclude national holidays. 

Where is my order?

All orders will ship with tracking number. You may track you package through usps.com. If the order status states delivered and you didn’t receive the item yet, please wait up to 7 business days to see if the package will arrive. If not, please reach out to USPS as they can better assist you. Unfortunately, we cannot resend your order. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!

How to change the shipping address?

Please email us the new delivery address as soon as possible. We will not be able to change the address once the items have been shipped out. 

What to do when I received damaged items?

If the item was damaged during transit, please email us within 7 days of delivery. If you email us after 7 days, we will not be able to send out a replacement. Photo of the damaged item(s) are required!!!
